Post-Ambient

The Something Something… is releasing the new EP ‘Post-Ambient’ by producer and fragrance designer Brian Omen.

Artists as authentic as Brian are hard to find. Their view on his crafts make him a unique personality, not to be passed by quietly. Already in high regards amongst his peers, Brian develops exclusive fragrances and brings them to life in many artistic environments, as they did for Paris Fashion Week, Dutch Design Week and for Draaimolen Festival. They started making music for these shows and for exhibitions by befriended artists, and so their music started to grow. The Something Something… is now very proud to present Brian’s new EP ‘Post-Ambient’.

Post-Ambient is also featured on 3voor12's Hollandse Nieuwe.

In Brian’s words: “All tracks on the EP are kind of parallel with the progress towards the future, in line with Roko's Basilisk, but also how we define our future. The track 'Hidden' is about hiding from that definition, 'Afterlife+' is about our understanding of life questions and 'Where Our Paths Could Never Cross' is basically my statement towards pigeonholing my music with the ‘ambient' label, which is why I wanted to call the EP ‘Post-Ambient’.”
